2. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal and professional development. We do not guarantee employment, promotions, or specific outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, actions, and decisions.

All content on this site and within our coaching materials (including guides, templates, and recordings) are owned by Nova Career Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full prior to the start of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coaching packages, workshops, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or the first session has taken place.

In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

If we need to reschedule, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Nova Career Coaching does not guarantee specific job offers, promotions, or career outcomes.

We are not responsible for decisions you make or outcomes that result from our coaching services.

Any reliance on the information provided is at your own risk.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our coaching relationship. Information you share during sessions will remain private unless required by law (such as in cases of harm to self or others).
